The EZLock pressure cooker is designed with the latest innovation – an automatic universal self-locking mechanism that ensures the utmost ease of use. The lid needs no alignment as you can lock it in place at any position on the pressure cooker pot. Complete with two pressure settings (High and Low), it provides the flexibility to cook even the most delicate dishes.

Made of high-quality stainless steel, the EZLock Pressure Cooker comes in 4 sizes – 6 Quart (serving 4 people), 8 Quart (serving 6 people), 10 Quart (serving 8 people), and 12.7 Quart (serving 10 people). The universal locking system will not open with pressure inside, and a safety vent helps release excess pressure.

The EZLock prepares food 3 times faster than traditional cooking methods, saving you time and energy. The 12.7Qt. model is the largest Zavor pressure cooker, comfortably fitting four 1-quart jars for pressure canning at home.

Safety features include an Automatic & Universal Locking Mechanism, a Pressure Regulator knob with four positions, a Pressure Indicator, and a Silicone Gasket. The Turn-to-Lock knob will lock the lid into place at any position on the pot, no alignment required.
