The ZPot Pressure Cooker is equipped with the latest in culinary safety features, including a pressure regulator knob with three positions: Pressure, Release, and Clean. The yellow pressure indicator rises when the desired pressure is reached and goes down when the pressure is released, while the automatic locking handle ensures the lid cannot be opened until the pressure is fully released.

Complementing the pressure cooker's safety features is a silicone gasket that creates an airtight seal, essential for building and maintaining the pressure needed for efficient cooking.
